The pandas sleep through the afternoon. Arrive with the first light and you watch them eat, climb and tumble — a completely different animal, and a completely different visit.
Giant pandas keep the schedule of an animal that never needed to hurry. They eat for fourteen hours and doze through the warm hours in between. That is why every panda visit we arrange starts before the city wakes.
At 7:30 the keepers are laying out fresh bamboo. The cubs are awake and the adults are at their most social — you will see play, not sleep. By 11:00 the story changes entirely: most bears have found a cool corner and a nap.
After a slow breakfast of your own, we keep the day gentle: a teahouse, a side street, whatever the group feels like. That is the whole idea — the itinerary serves your energy, not a checklist.
