Privacy policy
What we collect
Only what arranging your trip requires: lead guest name, email, contact channel, party size and dates, plus any receiving preferences you choose to share (dietary, language, mobility). We do not ask for ID numbers unless a supplier or a real-name booking genuinely requires it — and we explain why first.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm bookings, arrange hosting and communicate with you. We never sell them or use them for unrelated marketing. Sensitive needs you optionally share are used only to arrange your service.
Retention & deletion
Bookings and correspondence are kept for 24 months after travel for aftercare and compliance. You may request correction or deletion at any time by contacting us.
