Scheduled departures

Cancel 7+ days before departure: full refund. Within 7 days: 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Date changes are free up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability.

Multi-day combinations

Combination trips involve several suppliers; refund shares follow the terms listed in your confirmation letter. We state each component's cancellation rule when confirming.

How refunds are paid

Refunds return via your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days depending on the acquirer.
