What a booking request is
Submitting a booking or an enquiry is a request, not an order. An order exists once our team has confirmed your seats and dates in person. Nothing is charged before that confirmation.
Prices and confirmation
Prices shown are per-person references based on standard rooms and scheduled departures. The final price is issued with our confirmation, together with a secure payment link.
Limits of responsibility
Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, site policies or road conditions beyond our control; we provide reasonable alternatives. On high-altitude and outdoor departures you must follow your guide's safety instructions.
