  1. 08:30

    Hotel pickup

    Your guide meets you in the lobby with the private car. The drive to Guanghan takes about one hour — use it to get briefed on Ancient Shu.

  2. 09:30

    Sanxingdui Museum — the masks

    Reserved entry straight to the protruding-eye masks and gold artifacts. Your guide walks you through what is known — and what is still argued about.

  3. 12:00

    Lunch in Guanghan

    A local restaurant away from the tourist strip. Spice level set to your preference.

  4. 13:30

    The sacred trees & sacrificial pits

    The afternoon belongs to the bronze trees and the freshly excavated finds — taller than a person and 4,000 years old.

  5. 15:30

    Return to Chengdu

    Relaxed drive back with a stop if you like. Drop-off at your hotel around 16:30.
